The short version: this page is about using the public site, the Maps, and the tools. It is not a client services agreement. If we work together, that is a separate conversation.
Who I am
This site is run by Christopher White Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 91 692 309 685), a solo consulting practice based in Melbourne, Australia. In these terms "I", "me" and "my" mean that business. You can reach me about anything on this page at hello@christopherwhite.com.au. I read my own email.
Use of the site
You may read the pages, use the tools, and take the outputs for your own work. Do not knock the site over with aggressive scraping, do not present the writing or the tools as yours, and do not use the site to break the law. I may change, pause, or take down any page or tool without notice.
Maps, Playbooks, and tool outputs
The Maps, Playbooks, essays, papers, and tools are free reference material. They describe how I think about the work. They are not a diagnosis of your business, and they are not a substitute for sitting with your actual numbers.
No reliance as personal advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is a recommendation that you hire me, spend money, or change how you run your business. If you act on what you read or on a tool output, that is your call. If you need advice that is specific to you, talk to someone qualified, or write to me and we can see whether an engagement makes sense.
Intellectual property
Tool outputs are yours to use freely. The methodology, prose, and code are © Christopher White Consulting Pty Ltd, all rights reserved. Do not reproduce the tool or present its reasoning as your own.
No guarantee of results
Work I have done for other people is theirs to describe. Individual results vary and are not a guarantee. The tools and Maps will not make your business money on their own.
Victorian law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If something on this page needs a court, the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
