Most people who land here come to me asking for ads.

Sometimes that's the right call. More often, it isn't. The thing they actually need, the unsexy diagnostic underneath, costs less, takes less time, and makes more money.

So before either of us books a call, lemme ask four questions. They'll take a minute or so, and you'll see what's adding up as you go.

At the end, I'll tell you what I'd do if it were my business, and what I'd skip, because not everyone needs everything.

One last thing. None of this is AI. Not one bit. Nothing but Javascript, way too many conditional lines of copy, and a slightly unhealthy obsession with systems that work.

Margins

First question. The unit economics.

Everything else hangs off this. If the margin in your transaction is wrong, everyyyyyy dollar you spend acquiring customers makes the wound deeper, not shallower. Better tracking, better ads, prettier funnels. They just speed up the bleed.

So. Your numbers. Where are you?

Conversion

So. Your conversion path.

Margins tell you whether a customer is worth acquiring. Conversion tells you whether you can acquire them at all. Most businesses I see have one of three problems here, and the fix is pretty different for each.

How's your conversion funnel? Your website?

Tracking

Measurement and attribution.

Tracking that exists and tracking that works are not the same thing. Plennnty of dashboards out there report on metrics that have no causal relationship with revenue, but... nobody wants to be the one to say so.

How's the tracking setup?

Paid media

Paid media.

If the three things above are sorted, this part is pretty mechanical. If they're not, running ads just sets the broken parts (...and your cash) on fire faster.

Ads. How we going?

What I'd do if it were my money.
